Working in a one-on-one therapy session with Ilana, you'll receive personalized guidance, support and most significantly learn practical, accessible tools to navigate life's challenges. From managing stress and anxiety to enhancing self-esteem and personal growth, individual counseling is an effective way to develop strategies to achieve your goals. Ilana meets with clients weekly but is available for check-ins throughout the week as indicated. She provides exercises and challenges for clients to work on between sessions to ensure that clients can achieve their goals.

Ilana collaborates closely with parents in order to assist them in overcoming their distinctive parenting obstacles. She delivers educational resources, practical strategies, user-friendly tools, and expert guidance to ensure parents are equipped to provide the necessary support for their children. Ilana fosters constructive dialogues among parents, working towards reaching mutual agreements. She adopts a positive approach, assessing each family's strengths and devising a personalized strategy to assist them in accomplishing their therapeutic objectives.
